Our production utilizes state-of-the-art BUHLER H-400B machines, ensuring exceptional precision and high manufacturing efficiency. We provide both aluminum and zinc alloy casting services, selecting the alloy based on your technical requirements. We manufacture custom molds tailored to your needs or adapt your existing molds to our casting machines to ensure maximum production efficiency.
- Aluminum Alloys: We produce components using alloys such as EN 47 100, EN 46 000, EN 43 500, EN 44 300, and EN 43 400. We can even cast components using aluminum with 99% purity.
- Zinc Alloys: We primarily use ZAMAK 5 zinc alloy, known for its excellent mechanical properties and durability.

We offer great flexibility in terms of product weight and size. Our components range from a few dozen grams to over 5 kilograms, depending on your project’s requirements.
